We have recently started a Facebook Apps development business, so this is just the 1st of a long list of Facebook-related projects that we will post here.

Here is exactly what we need:
20,000 Facebook users must add our application to their accounts. Quite simple.
If this process will also get our app to go viral through their own likes/invites/etc., that's even better, but keep in mind that our first goal is to get INSTALLS. Likes/invites/etc. obviously are welcome but you'll get paid on qualified application installs only.
## Deliverables
You are 100% free to accomplish this job using all the methods you want, but you must respect ALL the following rules:
- Please don't ask us to get access as an administrator to our Facebook account or backend.
- Users MUST NOT get to our Facebook App page directly, but they MUST get there through a specific page of our website that will redirect to our Facebook App page. This is ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY, as this is crucial for our internal traffic analytics needs. Users that get to our Facebook App page directly will not be counted as valid.
- Installs must be from 18+ years old users living in one of the following countries: US, CA, UK, AU, NZ. An automatic filter is embedded inside our application, and installs that don't meet these demographic criteria will not be counted as valid.
- All installs must be from real people with active facebook pages; fake accounts or accounts at risk of being suspended soon, will not be counted as valid.
- Users must keep our app installed for at least 7 days, or will not be counted as valid.
- All users that get suspended in that time period must be replaced, or will not be counted as valid.
- No proxies, no VPNs, no spam, no farming or other unethical tricks ( we know them all ).
- All users who install our app must have status updates that go back minimum of 1 day, or will not be counted as valid.
- Remember that we are a team of experienced coders/developers, so we know advanced methods to automatically check those profiles, and if we see evidence of them spamming, we will suspend payments immediately.
- If your promotional methods include PPC advertising, absolutely no bidding on brand terms.
Our account CANNOT be suspended for any reason due to your work: if this happens, we will suspend payments immediately.

The following are not strict rules, just general guidelines:
- Project should be completed within 2 months.
- Installs should be from people who have at least 20 friends in their facebook page.
- Installs should be distributed across a 2 months timespan, so the daily average should be around 300-400.
- Discretion and open communication are appreciated.
- If you explain us which methods/techniques you are going to use, that's great.

PAYMENT TERMS:
5% of the project budget every 1000 valid installs ( that means 5% of $5000 = $250 ).
So you will get a total of 20 single $250 payments.
We will keep you updated with our internal tracking and analytics, and you will get paid exactly a week after each 1,000 valid installs milestone has been reached.
If you go beyond our expectations and generate more than 20,000 valid installs, you will also get paid for the additional ones at the same rate ( $250/K ), and you will probably be our choice for ALL the next projects.
This means you'll earn at least $60K in the next 12 months. Sounds good?
