redraw in illustrator scanned hand drawn images

This posting is a two part posting: 1. to redraw 57 images in illustrator or vector based image. 2. To animate these 57 drawings in a way as described in the posting. I need 54 images that I have drawn by hand redone / redrawn in vector format. The style and feel should be consistent through the images following the style of the originals. Please use similar bright colors when making these colored. The cartoon outline style should be followed when drawing. These may need to have some clean up in the redrawn. The automated tool may not work on these. For the redraw: Deliverable shall be AI, EPS, TIFF, PSD, PNG, JPG and open source vector format of your choice. Animation will be used in HD graphics in an App and on a web page. Please confirm format you will deliver in your bidding process. The images are included in this posting along with the logo to be converted from jpg to AI EPS. I will request revisions if the image does not meet my expectations. Please be ready to revise images if I make the request to do so. Please review them and be sure your bid covers your ability to redrawn and convert these to vector and animate the images as described. These all need to be on a white or transparent background. If you want to work on a sample to make sure expectations are understood I am willing to do that.
