Sci-fi Book Cover Illustration

The genre is science-fiction and I already have a draft cover design which should give you an idea of what is required. Your task would be to let a huge evil looking brown face in side profile with emerald green glowing eyes looking down on multiple earths (parallel universes). The background should be black with stars and galaxies. The title of the book and the author should be positioned on the top, the face to the left and the earths down in the right corner. The brown head belongs to an extraterrestrial that manifests in a human form, but with dark brown skin and reptilian-like traits. The eyes are the most catching "landmark" of him. Also, he's bold and has fangs which are concealed when his mouth is shut. This is the book brief and back cover: “All of humanity will never fly but a few men will get wings.
