6 medieval themed tableaus/illustrations for choral society video

Hello! I am making a video to accompany some virtual choir recordings my choral society have made. I would like six images to illustrate the story, with characters based on real people whose images I will make available. I need this done by 24th August, so please let me know if you're keen quickly! It's all a bit last minute, and a small budget (for which I apologise), but hopefully it's interesting? I have the 6 panels titled: Title Image “The Three Norns” Meeting the Devil Devils>Death>Companions Devils and St James Before Mary? The characters you illustrate in it I would like to bear some resemblance to those singing or playing in the videos. I have three female soloists, one lute player, me, and then members of the choir. The three female soloists I sort of view as The Three Norns, perhaps in the guise of wiley medieval princesses. They in turn play a character each - narrator, St James, and the Devil. There is a lute player, who seems to play a jester, an observer, devil etc. You can borrow him wherever you’d like. I think perhaps he’s always really a demon, and maybe all the demons look like him. The unlucky pilgrim, I think, should bear a resemblance to me. His companions, if possible, to look like members of the choir. There are only 7 participating, so don’t worry! I will include an appendix at the end with images of each. The Images Title Image Title of the piece, above I think a castle. The lute player, a jester, is at a window or perhaps on the battlements. “The Three Norns” This image depicts our three female soloists as the norns, weavers of fate, but also perhaps just innocent princesses. Maybe there is a suggestion this is through a window in the tower in the first image, perhaps where they are is not important. Abstract and ethereal? Meeting the Devil The pilgrim is at the centre of the image, looking guilty. On one side of him there is the suggestion of the town whence he came, perhaps with a woman of ill repute waving him off. Maybe there is a sign post to Santiago de Compostela. On the opposite side of him, intercepting, is the devil disguised as St James. Perhaps beyond the devil we see glimpses of his companions, urging him on. Demons>Death>Companions At the centre of the image, the pilgrim is not just dead but has bloodied pantaloons. For some reason I see this under a tree, but you can ignore that. On his one side approach demons to carry him off (maybe the devil is there too, I don’t know if he/she bothers with the heavy lifting). On the other side his companions flee, horrified. Demons and St James The demons (and the devil?!) carrying/dragging the body of our pilgrim are intercepted outside a chapel by St James. I am confused as to whether this should be a representation of the pilgrim’s body or soul. Before Mary This is the difficult bit. In the story, they all go before Mary to fight for the pilgrim’s soul. I think perhaps we suggest that the Narrator is Mary, so we have the Three Norns fighting (squabbling like princesses? Maybe they don’t squabble or argue) over the pilgrim with the demons looking on. The pilgrim is somewhere off centre in the foreground, or perhaps leaving the chamber, looking glad to leave with his life but more sheepish that he leaves without his member. Over the 14 verses I will overlay footage of singing and playing, and zoom into various bits of your tableaus to bring them out, but I see them as the constant background.
