Silverlight backgrounds

I am looking for people good in creation of application backgrounds and kind of banner for website 1) I am building a large .net system for document management and for this I need different backgrounds. Just static images as background of forms. 2)I am building a website, and for this I need few boxes like to be found on [login to view URL] home page and below that when clicking on menus or submenus. So no flash, but only silverlight. Please show me some portfolio in which I can see you are capable of creating such kind. We need to discuss about time/money and the exct work. This project is just for finding the right designer.
