Write an iPad application

I want an iPad application for me to be able to follow up tasks with my team. I want to be able to feed the app with the tasks and when it is due and assign it to my team get to see the status of all the tasks and have a dashboard giving me stats of the work done and i can attach documents to it so i can review the task with my director when he asks me whats the status of task A, i can show him all the needed documents. This is an for my ipad only and if someone can be creative and give more options on how it could be better I wont mind the ideas
