An app that till you where to spend your free time in kuwait

I need an app that is modern and coulerful and nice to handel , it tells the person all the good places and new places to go to in kuwait Like coffe shops cenimas malls ect . And i want new places that opens to advertise in my app to tell people that they have opend All the cool hot spots new places are gatherd in one app You get the picture And i need to update the app from now to then , i dont have time to manage it im aming to profit from the advertising companys in my new app What i want to know : 1- are you fit for the job all the way ( its not a start to finish project its checking up on the app from now to then ) 2- are you creative 3- how do you want to do the job and how is your payment method 4- and new ideas are always welcomed
