App for iPhone and Android platform

I need a simple App done for me. I don't have a Developer account yet with iPhone / Android but i intend to do that once I choose my programmer. I'm not sure if it's safe to share my idea here. I need these questions answered: 1. Do you have a step by step procedure on how will my idea end up in the App store /Android store ? 2. Do I own the App 100 % ? 3. What steps do I have to do in order to get the App ready FOR SALE in the App store ? 4. Do you guarantee that the finished product will not be rejected by Apple / Android ? In other words you'll fix it until it's accepted. This is my first App project. More to follow once I'm pleased with the results. As you can see, my feedback rating is EXCELLENT. Happy Bidding !
