I would like to receive quotes for a running and proven Transportation management system mixed with an ERP, with asset and customer and supplier accounting. Here a list of what we are looking for: -Dispatch Including: *Unloaded vehicle reporting per city and carrier, a good integration would be to be reported to the system via email or website. *Unit and service dispatch, both for 3rd party carriers and owned units. *Document generation for each service, including BOL etc, *quick quotes *Custom Price lists per customer or per customer shop. * arrival KPI and records per process (arrival to load point, entrance to load point, exit from load point, arrival to delivery point, finish unloading, exit from delivery point. *Bill of landing database with website access to introduce paperwork per 3rd party carriers. -Maintenance *Checklist revision to each unit from the fleet. *Planning per maintenance sheet and requirements *Maintenance cost tracker and cost per unit and cost per kilometer, cost per driver etc. *service order *Maintenance sheet per unit. *Fuel management system to be developed with actual manual system (excel formulas) *KPIs Accounting (Simplified) *Invoice upload to website system for review. *Company revenue *KPIs * Customer invoicing or pre-invoice order. Requirements: *Multiple user with module access permissions *Reminder activity system with calendars if it can be used along with office 365 email calendar will be a plus *Trusted and reliable database *easy of use We look for a rather visual system with auto fill options, it is a complex work, but please ask before quoting. We use traccar GPS system, if any ideas come up to integrate will be considered.
