Setup Yandex Allure Dashboard with instructions

I need someone to provide step by step documentation about setting up an Test Framework dashboard based on open source project: Yandex Allure It must be very straight forward and easy but I am not familiar with Maven and have no time to learn. It must be in a word, pdf or html format to tell me how to setup the server, and how to create allure reports based on generated TestNG and JUnit output.
