Help prepare HTML EDM to be sent using Outlook

Hi, We have a 1 page EDM that needs to be prepared to be sent using Microsoft Outlook. Currently we have the file done up in HTML/CSS and will need your help to made it Outlook-friendly. The EDM will be sent embedded into Outlook itself, and we will be using the mail merge function as well later on during sending. We will also need you to help send the email to us for testing and make sure that everything is working and UI displaying properly. You will need to have access to Outlook. Also, do take note that our client is using Outlook 2010. Currently, the UI is not displaying properly when we are using Outlook to send the email, which we believe is due to Outlook not able to read the CSS in the html file properly. If interested, do let us know your timeline to resolve this and price.
