Fix HTML email code snippet (must be email developer and have your own Litmus account)

See technique here: [login to view URL] See attached HTML code. Currently it works great on all email readers except Gmail/Outlook web clients. I need it fixed so that image stays 170px wide on Gmail/Outlook/Office365 web clients, while staying full-width on mobile (currently it seems I can only do one or the other). Preferably you should have your own Email on Acid or Litmus account to test, but if you don't I can give you access to one. I need this fixed ASAP so if you can work on it today put ASAP in your message.
