In institution info, 'qualification being pursued' a drop down menu should open consisting of options to be chosen. no other input should be allowed. the options in the drop down menu should be : 'Lower school'. 'Middle school'. 'HEC/O-levels'. 'Matric/A-levels'. 'Bachelors'. 'Honors'. 'Masters'. 'PhD'. 'Diploma'. Option to delete a students record. Operational 'Forgot password' option at login if someone forgets password. Next, after inputting all information of a student and once information has been checked, last step is approving. Once you click approve, system asks 'are you sure' with option 'yes' or 'no'. Aside from this, system should also ask the following: Payment per month: (user inputs amount) Only once the above field has been filled should the user be able to proceed and click 'yes' and approve that students information. Next, system should save the date of approval for each student. Next, on the left hand side dashboard, after 'approved applicants' there should be another link called 'payment generator'. Once user presses this, a drop down menu should open consisting of all the options mentioned above in 'institution info' > 'qualification being pursued'. Once the user selects one of the above qualification, the screen should display a list of the following: Students pursuing that qualification Last result received and the image (this info was previously input at 'qualification' > 'results received on') Last payment made (from: month and year, till: month and year). if no payment has been made before for that student, this space should be empty. New payment, from: month and year till: month and year (user selects month and year from drop down calendar for both) After 'payment generator', there should be a last link on the left dashboard called 'report'. When user presses 'report', used should select between 2 options from drop down menu: 'qualification' or 'bank'. If user selects 'qualification' user has to select qualification from drop down menu from the list of qualifications mentioned above. User also has to input date: from date of approval (user inputs month and year) till date of approval (user inputs month and year). Date of approvals of each student should be saved by the system as mentioned previously. Once qualification and date has been selected, system should generate a report of students pursuing selected qualification who have been approved within selected dates.
