API, Dashboard front and backend

The idea is that a company can check the details of a customer or address against our database to see whether they or a person at an address has committed any kind of fraud against another company. This will hopefully decrease fraudulant customers. For example, a company website has a sign up form or checkout cart, once the customer enters their details, they can be checked against a database, if anything is matched then an email is sent to fraud@[login to view URL] with the matched details and IP address and JSON is returned saying there was a match. The signup process can be stopped and an error displayed to the customer. A company can also login to their dashboard and run a manual check. An editable table would be great, along with the ability to upload a csv or excel sheet. ---------------- A company can signup to a monthly plan which are restricted by the number of api calls. Therefore the admin must be able to create plans. eg 500 api calls $50 per month, 20 API calls FREE.
