Quality Website Designer required Long Term

That time has come again , I am looking for another freelance website designer to add to our team. I am very particular about quality. My current design team are very strong and deliver excellence we have a full sales team promoting our services on a daily basis which is expanding hence the reason for the post. If you would like to join our team then I will need to see evidence of Quality and agreement to the following terms. Our Process. – We have an online management system where you will login to once logged in you can pick up a design job from the Queue. The jobs consist of a description of the work required and more often than not some files which have been uploaded to help you, as an example maybe a company logo or brochure. This post is really suited to those designers that understand the importance of providing a mock before payment is received. Once you have picked up the design you will go away and put a design together , this will be delivered to us in jpeg format and uploaded to our server. - Example [login to view URL] We then present this design to our clients if they like it we usually do business, we often have to tweak the design , its rare we have to start over but we do if the client wants us to. If our client approves the design then instruct you to build the xhtml , you will be paid the sum of $150 i am very interested in people that pay attention and if you have read this then you will bid $150 for this job , any other bids lower or higher will disregarded as i want people that listen to the post. I am looking for people that are ready for a long term commitment , that will appreciate that designs dont convert to $$ within days of design , some take weeks some take months but as they build it generates a healthy income. As an example of how effective our system is , let me give you a case history of the last designer we took on who is still working with us. ( And of course read our feedback ) He has designed 7 sites. 2 Were designed on 13th Aug and they went ahead this week paying him $300.00 2 Are like their designs but we are waiting ( Expected to close within 14 days ) 1 Lost ( changed mind ) - This happens 1 Was agreed that it is a long term project. 1 Was only designed this morning. If you look a the bigger picture it disregarding this mornings, and the long term its 5 mocks of which 2 have already paid, now if only one more paid that $450. thats a nice income. We can never make a promise on sites that will go to development but we are almost certain 1/3 will go ahead. and thats minimum. Sometimes we have 2/3 others 3/3 we can never say until the time comes. We are looking for someone who is ready to join us and fully understand how this process works, we want a new team member not an outsider and our team members are doing very well for themselves.
