HTML5 templates (III)

I need someone to create some html5 templates for me. It's an old fashioned fixed width website, nothing fancy. Obviously it should be a cross browser compatible, valid html5, tabless layout, using all the good practices. It should be quite basic... all rectangular blocks, with text, images. There are around 10 pages. But these pages are basically all the same, so it's as if it's only 2 or so... I will use these templates to implement a dynamic website so I'll need really good, clear, organized and descriptive code. I have the layouts. I'll send the images so that you can see the pages first. I'll explain the design and clarify everything via PM. (I also have a working version which was created in Adobe Muse, which has images instead of text, because the person who did it didn't have a clue about what she was doing!) I need someone: - with good HTML/CSS (JavaScript/jQuery) skills - who speaks good English - who can start as soon as possible - who is a real full-time freelancer, i.e., I don't want someone who has a job already and only has a couple of hours of available time to work on this project - availability throughout the day is a requirement - if you're not free to work on this, don't bid - who will answer emails and messages timely - who shows progress I need this done in 5 days or less, after I deliver the files. It’s more than enough time for this task. I'll need to see at least one page in 24 hours to see progress. If you can't do it, don't bid. You'll need to show me 2 or 3 relevant links of your work. If you show more, you'll be ignored. If you mention skills other than HTML/HTML5/CSS/JavaScrit/jQuery you'll be ignored. ... because you didn't read this, or you didn't understand it. I’ll make an initial milestone payment. I’ll make a second one once I see enough progress I’ll make the final one once the project is complete I’ll release the payments when I receive positive feedback and all corrections have been made, i.e., when the project is finished.
