Build production APPX from HTML folder

Hi there! I have an already built webapp, and need someone to pack it into a windows phone app. The app is done, and I just need someone for the deploy, as the process it not working for me. The deadline is strict: I need one version of it for tomorrow (thursday), and another version (that I will send new files) for friday. The freelancer should help me also in the process to publish it on windows store. The application do not use any special phonegap plugin, and get data from a remote database on startup (in case it implies in some configuration you will need to do). As I have a very short time, I will request that you did have work before with windows phone, and know by heart how to deploy to it. If you have read down to here, please write "Windows phone is beautifull" on your bid, otherwise I will not take your bid into consideration. This is because I need you to have read all project specifications. Thanks!
