Interior design a house using ikea/low budget items

We generally get about one house to rent out every month as a co-living type house. As part of this we need to fully furnish the house. These are generally 5 bedroom houses so we need to make each room feel cozy and attractive but also for the rest of the house to feel luxurious as well.
1. We generally will be able to give you 5-7 days advance notice of a house coming up and may be able to get you onsite early to view it or at least should be able to give you pictures and the floor plan.
2. We need houses to be fully furnished within 5 days of getting the keys.
3. We like the house to feel luxurious but we need the designer to be mindful of budget. We generally like shops like Ikea, The range, bargaintown for the main things as we just don't know any better ourselves.
Think of a luxurious AirBnB when trying to think what we like except that these are for longterm guests.
