Before Covid, I ran 3 classes per week at different venues with the target being to "Get Moving to get healthy", where the audience tended to be over 50. I used various circuits equipment and assist and progress the participants. Due to Covid, I have moved online, with 2 classes per week, without equipment.
I am based in the UK, and we have a qualification called "Exercise Referral" which is a medical doctor referring patients to exercise rather than prescription medication. I am an Exercise Referral instructor, and this training helps to influence the Over 50+ Classes.
