Summary of features to be implemented: Users • Users signup using e-mail • Billing using paypal • Management of their space available (in terms of gigabytes of data per user) • Basic anagraphic data Storage • Feature to make an user upload a generic file, check the size, compare with size available on their account • Store file as a compressed ZIP with CRC info (to be recorded in db) • Store a preview of a file (if image or doc) Static pages • Home page with basic info on the platform • About / contact us page • Frontend template to be done using any twitter bootstrap template Backend Administration panel with: o Management of users registered o Management of content uploaded Api Expose REST API functionalities of the web portal in order to o Manager user signup / login o Manage content / file upload o Check space available on account Deploy The webportal should be deployed on a VPS with root access provided by us and the developer should do the full setup of Apache / PHP / virtual host environment on a Ubuntu Server machine.
