Update UI of Admin Pages built with RoR

I need a RoR design rock star to update our Admin pages with a sleek UI, built with RoR. They key will be simplicity and a very modern, engaging design. I can give you examples, but if you are familiar with admin pages and dashboards (includes examples from ThemeForest, etc.), you know exactly what we need. The UI and UX (including transition effects, modals, etc.), should all be high end design and experience for the user. This is a very basic admin site. The UI/UX refresh will include: --an improved dashboard, with basic metrics --an improved user page, including new user creation --an improved submission review page, which shows what the user has submitted and provides progress information on their completion rates, etc. This is a quick project, which should not take more than 1-2 days for a RoR expert, but if successful, there will be additional pages in this Admin system that will be updated.
