Seeking skilled developers to build our startup project - Marketplace / Job Booking System

I am seeking expression of interest for developers who can build me my startup project. The developer needs to have the following" 1. Has VERY GOOD TO EXCELLENT English skills (you will be interviewed on Skype) 2. Has a solid background in web development (html, css, bootstrap), experience and sample sites will be requested 3. Have experience in very good experience in PHP, Codeigniter framework, MVC architecture 4. Have experience in coding the frontend and backends of a website such as the supplier dashboard, admin dashboard, customer dashboards, etc 5. Can deliver the work in agile sprints, we don't want to wait weeks for results! 6. Has some graphic skills to make small changes/edits on the fly (touch-ups, user forms, etc) 7.
