rent or reservation ready made website

Hello i want simple website for reservation or rent including hosting with the following detail: i want a website where client can do reservation or rent an apartment (furnished or unfirneshed) ,hotel ,car or buy travel ticket . client have to fill a form and send a request with an id generated by sytem visible only to admin where admin can send many proposal including description pictures and price then client can select one option and pay using visa or skrill or another payment confirmation have to be sent via email including id and invoice automaticly or manually i want full admin panel where admin can edit website reply a request send qotes as much as he want including price description and pictures , see method of payment transaction history delete one or make note and get total buy date from to, mark as paid or not paid and how much rest . admin can search reuqest using id or name or date
