I am wanting a small script to be made where a person can record a video from their pc/laptop/mobile/tablet. With this needing to be able to work on a mobile/tablet (mainly iphones) no flash can be used. This will be tested before payment gets sent. Videos will be started to record by pressing a ‘start’ button, and they can be stopped by pressing ‘stop’, however the video can not last longer than 30 seconds, once this time limit has been reached, it automatically stops recording of the video. Videos will be stored in a folder, along with video being stored in a mysql database (id, name[this is auto generated], length_of_video, date_uploaded) They will also need to be viewed, so some form of player will be needed (preferably one where the video cannot be rewatched)
