The price and time I have asked for are for supplying you with information and tutorials in game designing, helping you find some basic software for easy game designing and if you need more complex software then I will assist you in finding you the best software that suits your requirement. Also I would advise you to do some course in multimedia and programming. Learn "C" if you already don't know it.
