I need a graphic designer

I need a character or avatar that can be used to help explain complex settings and put them in context to the impact the business. A simplified example of this is tax rates. Depending on county, tax rates are different, so setting one tax rate for a company that works across different counties might impact their bottom-line when they file taxes. I will use this character in the page and in toggleable panels to help explain those ideas that we want business owners to understand. Personality: Trustworthy, Authoritative, Approachable The character seems knowledgable, helpful, and able to give advice when asked. I don’t want the character to be too loud and attention grabbing.
