Need a UX designer for recruitment company

Need a UX Designer/Graphics Expert to create templates for my website which is a recruitment/consultancy based firm. I would certainly like to see some samples of work done by the designer before I allocate any work. Currently the logo is being designed for my company. If someone can start the work without the logo and when the logo is ready I would pass that onto the designer to fit that into the templates. I would like code my website using ASP. Net and I want to ensure that the templates designed are compatible with ASP.NET. More important Points: I have already create a sample power point template for the website. However it only shows the forms and the navigations and I would like to hire a graphic designer/UX expert to make these power point slides that I created to be more professional in terms of design. Once I like the power point designs developed the graphic designer I would approve to move ahead with the development of those templates as adope photo shop templates. I need these templates to be delivered in both power point and also .HTML and CSS style sheets. I need the .HTML and CSS style sheets of those templates as it is very important for me. I would use those templates to create the master templates for my website which I will be coding myself using ASP.NET and Microsoft compatible technologies. Also as a part of the project I discussed with the contractor to create a logo for me. The logo consists of three images, Sir John Monash, Australian Aborginal Art and Australian Flag. Also a text of my company should be there. the name is John Monash Consulting. Please refer to the attachments section to find the attachments of the power point that I prepared, the 3 images to be used for the logo design. As soon as the funds are in the Freelancer account I will create a milestone and assign you the project
