I need a design for a high rpm (8000 rpm) impulse turbine (turgo turbine)

Hi there, I have developed three pumps with different sizes for a high-speed application which were 3d printed, although the size was very miniature but have experienced multiple setbacks and gained quite a lot of understanding on how we can implement 3d printing based pumps/turbines. Hi there, I am a professional Aerospace Engineer with expertise of more than 3 years in the design and analysis and fabrication of turbomachinery. I have designed axial compressors, centrifugal compressors and axial turbines for rpm of 31000 and 62000. axial turbines include both impulse and reaction turbines. I have also designed the centrifugal turbines for the turbochargers. I have a sound technical knowledge of turbomachinery and will design a turbine that is both aerodynamically and structurally efficient.
