MPOS theme redesign for Mining Pool

I need an MPOS default theme redesigned to match the look and feel of this website: [login to view URL] Looking for the same colors, logo and a modern feel but all the same features that the default MPOS allows. Please give me full documentation on making changes to it in the future, ie. If I want to edit the side bar title, where do I do that? I expect the theme to be implemented and tested fully before marked complete. Thanks for looking!
