Military Science Fiction Cover Art

This is more of a request than project. I am starting a free site to help Military Science Fiction Authors pubishing using print on demand printing. most authors do not have the money for cover art so I would like to request any artist to provide art copyright free and any art used would receive acknowledgement in book credits and a copy of the artwork with book name and author. It is a novel Idea and hope many of you have old work that is not selling but could provide cover art for beginner authors. It would provide credits that could be put on a resume or website.
