Menu Design for Japanese Restaurant

We are design and print company based in Bangkok, Thailand. We are looking for a freelancer who can design according to our needs. Since we are loaded with more project than we can handle we are looking for someone to help out. If we can work well together, there will definitely be more and more projects in the future. We need someone who know what a clean modern design look like not just design that look like something like a stock design on the internet. Right now, we need someone to design a menu for Japanese restaurant in Bangkok Thailand. We have a previous menu as a sample and we have already done a photoshoot of some of the menu which mean the food image will be provided. The previous menu have about 15 pages. The hard part is that we have very limited timeframe for the artwork to get the artwork done and we need to design a few pages (cover , about page, and one of the menu page) to present to the customer within a few days so they will tell us whether our design work or not. We hope we can find someone who can work together well with us and hope we can work together more in the future.
