Long term working web developer wanted

Hi! I'm in search of a web designer who is willing to do long term work with me. I have a lot of clients who need to have their websites designed or re-designed. I have some requirements of you if you wish to work with me. You must be able to create a wide variety of designs. For example, I'm looking for someone who is able to create business websites, e-commerce websites, video websites, photography websites, etc. You must have experience with more than one method of web design. You should be able to work with PHP, Wordpress, and other tools used to create sites. For a single payment, you should be able to provide both a website design/re-design and you should also be able to provide unlimited revisions because my clients often will want some changes made after the initial design has been delivered. You should also be able to speak English fluently. I don't want to have to repeat the same instructions over and over again because that just wastes time. Also you should be willing to share your email and Skype with me because I'm looking for fast communication. Communication is key here, and I need someone who can respond very quickly to me. If interested, please provide me with some examples that you've done in the past that best reflect that you can create a variety of different designs.
