Line art drawing for removable, reusable static cling decal on french doors

I need a line art drawing to create a set of decals for a French doors. There are two (2) doors with 19.75" wide by 69" tall glass windows in them. A diagram showing the layout is in the attached PDF. I will print the decals, I just need the line art drawings done. Here are the requirements. 1. The drawing should fill the entire door. 2. The drawing should be mostly opaque (just opaque enough so you can't see through it) 3. The drawing should be of tropical plants (palms, bird of paradise, hibiscus, sea-grape, sea oats, etc. - things that grow in South Florida, USA. The drawing can also include wildlife such as sea turtles, herons, pelicans. The files delivered should be compatible with Inkscape or GIMP. The project will require a proposed conceptual design, and samples of prior work. The conceptual design can be anything...a composite picture, line art, etc. and is required for the bid. The bid should be an hourly rate with an estimate for the hours required to complete the proposed design. The cost and creativity of the concept will be the criteria that are used to decide to award the job.
