Helpdesk Application in PHP/MySQL

I have developed a helpdesk application in php/mysql. Client side features: A different & very user friendly interface login page is designed for students to access the portal. The credentials to access the portal, may be given by Web Developer. For example [login to view URL] [login to view URL] If credentials are right, then it will redirect to Report Page, where 1. Student can lodge a request related to hostel, campus, Cafeteria, IT-Wifi/Internet, TV/Setup Box, Projector Problem, Security, Housekeeping, Electrical, AC Problem, Plumbing/Water and Carpentry. 2. Student can see all the pending & closed issues. 3. Change Password option is available. Here student may change his/her password. It is recommended to use complex password. If student forget password, she/he may approach the Web Developer via mail to reset the password Admin Side feature: A different & very user friendly interface login page is designed for admin to access the portal. By default 2 admin user accounts will be given by Web Developer for IT Department & Maintenance Department. For example [login to view URL] [login to view URL] If credentials are right, then it will redirect to Admin Report Page, where 1. Admin can update the status of the request lodged by students. Pending & Closed are the two status available. After solving the given request, Admin can close the ticket, based on the Job ID. 2. Admin can see & download all the pending & closed issues in .cvs excel format. 3. Change Password option is available for admin. If admin forget password, she/he may approach the Web Developer via mail to reset the password.
