The HelpingHand Card (HHC) Project is a community project designed to create a member network between charities, consumer/spender donors, and local businesses. The initiative is focused on targeting individuals (with discretionary income) to sign up to participate in HHC's membership network. Signing up for membership requires a donation to a charity of the individual’s choice within HHC’s list of affiliated charities + HHC administrative fee. Members are then connected into a community of local business discounts/savings/coupons from local community businesses that Helping Hand is contracted with. Members acess perks via a mobile app, the HHC website, and/or a monthly HHC print journal. HHC offers members the opportunity to support the community and receive perks in return as well as an opportunity to track their giving. HHC offers local businesses the opportunity to tap into a network of exclusively, targeted, community-conscious group of consumers. HHC offers charities/non-profits an opportunity for more exposure and to share their mission message. Detailed website concept is in the attached word document. I am available to answer questions on clarification. Ideally, we are looking for an individual who is an expert and current on Wordpress, database design, and decent on front-end. I would like someone who can build the site + be available at a rate to update, maintain, and fulfill additional requests/modifications in the future. Part 2 of this project is to make a IOS/Android mobile app which allows members to access deals via their phones.
