Designer Needed Only from Bangladesh for E-commerce Site

It's an e-commerce site, so it will have all the features of an excellent e-commerce site. For example, the administrator will be able to see which customer is buying more, from where (place) the sales are generating, who is not buying at all, etc. One very important point is that, it will have two Languages: Bangla and English. I need a designer only from Bangladesh for this project. When you bid, please mention which platform you are going to use like WP, Php, etc. I will take the payment option service from SSL commerce or Amarpay, so you don't have to think about it. Thanks
