Design a Wordpress Mockup

I'm launching a retail business and I need a WordPress website that lists an inventory of 50 products. The products will change daily, but be limited to 50 total. It's important that products are accessible via a wide variety of search criteria. The will not need eCommerce initially, but would like to have the option to implement it in the future. It's also important that I can manage and update the site myself. I have WordPress experience, but it's limited to a few different templates, none of which were retail focused. Mainly, I'm looking for guidance in selecting the most appropriate WordPress template and plug-ins for our needs and for you to build the framework, navigation, and search criteria functionality. I'd like to have the site ready for me to simply add/delete products, images and text.
