Design a Website Mockup

Wyndham City (map) is one of the fastest growing cities in Australia. Located midway between Melbourne CBD and Geelong, Wyndham covers an area of 542km² and features 27km of coastline bordering Port Phillip Bay. Residential suburbs within the city include Werribee, Point Cook, Hoppers Crossing, Tarneit, Truganina, and Wyndham Vale. Wyndham is a designated growth area of Melbourne, currently ranked as the third fastest growing local government area in Victoria. For each subdivision land developers propose a set of street names to be used across this development. The process to validate a road name is complex and time consuming to check - to automate this project staff created an online register of proposed street names which validated proposed. Wyndham City is seeking to engage a designer whom will fix the site design only. Please see the attached images to demonstrate site functionality. We are open to any design proposal however at a minimum needs are: 1) App Logo — size of the desktop version depends on the header section (mobile touch icon logo size requirements attached below) 2) Header section to be redone 3) Footer We would be interested in any redesign that also encompasses (i.e. forms, tables, font, background, colors etc). Note the bootstrap framework for the fronted (HTML/CSS/JS) has been used.. preference will be for the new design to be based on it.
