I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - i used to have a small furniture company where we've made only customized parts/assemblies 2 - upon contact, i could show you the quality of some modern pieces of furniture (cork and bamboo on metallic frames) 3 - with the new trends in the furniture industry, and also with the new finishing possibilities (it is possible to have electrostatic painting on mdf, taking full advantages of the astonishing colors and same time claiming sustainability and recycling) the only limit is the imagination and the sky :) 4 - just as an example of solving problems - i had to make some legs from bamboo multi-layered panels, and couldn't find a reliable lathe. so... i've build my own lathe with a high speed spindle (the pieces turns with 2800rpm and the milling bit with 24000rpm) and copying patterns.... 5 - i will need to know which pieces of furniture you wish/need to be designed and also the theme... more details on chat...
