Design Editor for a Scientific Journal

Scientific journal based on voluntary work of students searchs for a design editor to diagram papers using InDesign. Each article could have a different lengh with regards of word count and need to be proofread after the design process and edited again acordingly.
Long term position for a journal with three issues per year and about 10 articles per issue. Payment per article diagrammed inside an specific issue.
We look forward to interest people to collaborate to extent students research for a no fees journal.
