Children’s book illustrator for African American Characters -- 2

I need an illustrator for my daughter’s book please. She has written 12 stories already so I’m looking for someone I can have a long term relationship with. Minimum 20 pictures. Full buyout, but illustrator can use images for self-promo. High res. PNG Background Full color 2 characters Short delivery time if possible. Negotiable budget, as long as quality is right. (Picture of Mary holding a book and eating breakfast at the table. Maybe of her holding a spoon with a box of cereal and almond milk on the table.
