The Job board with employer and employee match will be developed. Employer creates job ads. Employees creates CVs System matches CVs for the Job ads and provide a list of candidates. System matches Job ads with CVs and provide a list of Employers. Both partices can contact each other, process the contact for interview or meeting and evaluate. Employer can finally hire the right candidate for his job. The above is our quick understanding of the system The design layout wireframes will be taken as ideas and adapted to produce an interface for the employer, employee and the front end website pages. The various modules involved will be coded as per the requirement. Registration Authorization Profile and CV Job ad Payment module Search and match module - search for employer - search for employee Communication /messaging - request/invitation to candidate - communication for additional questions.
