I want to develop a responsive CRM cum LEAD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM specifically as per my modules and process flow (Which we shall discuss at the time of project kick start) 1 - Modules as below Sales (Pre/Post) - Templates )Email/SMS Tasks/Job allocation (at Sales/Recruitment Accounts [entire {standard) accounting and invoicing modules] Business Process (entire HR hiring process) - I will explain the process and steps involved. 2 - Role based system with dash boards with Chat facility (with files etc) User Admin Super Admin Client 3 - Custom Reports 4 - Please advise on how we can have our own SOFT DIALLER system which will be integrated to this CRM/Lead management system and everything can be centralised and under one roof. (Open Source or similar) NOTE - We appreciate the system be designed/customised in PHP core with latest technologies like BootStrap, HTML5, fully responsive and cloud based.
