Build A Retail Website to replace my existing site - www.oldwestgold.com.

I presently have [login to view URL] which needs an upgrade. What I would like: #1. Same look and feel of the Americana, Old West and Gold Nuggets theme. #2. Customer friendly i.e. mobile, checkout, search, site map, etc. #3. Similar look and function as [login to view URL] including: - Left side menu and sub menus - Cart - Window - Visit our eBay Auctions click here - Newsletter signup - Spam blocker also preferred. I use a large provider of newsletter/mail service. - Most popular items option - Customer Contact window #4. Menu bar at top Overall the same is preferrable with using some of the graphics used in my old site. I can provide more or I would enjoy having your suggestions. #5. I must be able to maintain most of the site - Admin user friendly for someone without a lot of time. - Adding products - mine are mostly unique items - important. - changing text, etc. #6. Retain the person or company that generates a new site for support. - reasonable billed amount per hour or quote for future changes or work needed on the new site. #7. Assistance on SEO included for higher rankings than existing site. I do not have a lot of income being generated presently to support a couple of hundred dollars per month SEO management. I am signed up for a SEO service presently. #8. Social networking. FB, etc. suggestions. Not presently doing much. #9. I presently use Sixbit to generate eBay auctions. #10. Any suggestions to work in credit card sales on the site. So far I have not found any that do not require a monthly fee or do not work at all. Option not rot real important though. #11. Obviously one goal is to reduce sales on eBay due to their high fees. Doing so should be cost effective though. Any other improvements you may recommend. I am somewhat open to what you have to offer and will be the bases of end cost. I am flexible depending on what I see you have to offer. Please, I do not have time to review or work with someone that does not know what they are doing or is a beginner. I have had a bad experience on Freelancer with someone that crashed my old site and caused me a lot of money and time to just get it back to normal.
