Website Redesign

INTRODUCTION We have a client that's looking to create a website. We showed him a bootstrap template we've download from the web (Template from now on) and made some changes on it, creating a mockup version of the site (Mockup from now on). As you will see, our designing skills aren't great. You will see that the Template has some effects and things that in our Mockup aren't there, this is just because we did the changes using images and just wanted to show the structure. Of course, the final version of the site needs to have those effects of the template (we will explain this later). The client liked the idea and asked us to make some changes, so now we need your help. Of course, we are not looking to a complete new site, just to work on top of the Template, using our comments and Mockup as a guideline. [login to view URL] WHAT WE NEED 1) "REDESIGN" THE WEBSITE: Of course, this is the first and most important step. The client did like the Template and our Mockup, so that's what's he has seen, so the redesign DOESN'T have to be complete, you don't need to think of a new website, just make our mockup better, since we are not designers. The structure is the same as in the Template. What we need here is to refresh the images or make the site look "prettier", as said, we are not designers and we realize that some things don't look very attractive. For this you NEED to follow the: "Color Palette For the Web" a "Brand Identity Kit" files. 2) CHANGES: the client has asked to do some changes from the Mockup we sent. I've upload the changes on the following link: [login to view URL] You need to make all the 9 (nine) changes said on that page. 2) .PSD to HTML*: If you know about HTML/CSS and feel confident, please also quote how much will cost to deliver the site in HTML ready to upload. Please have in mind that: a) The site has to be responsive, such as the uploaded Template. You will see that for the mobile version, the menu appears on top. All of that has to work in the final version. b) The Template has some scrolling effects when clicked a Menu link that need to be in the final version of the site. We didn't put this effects on the Mockup, just because it's a mockup. c) Of course, all the content has to be in different divs and the text not to be embedded in images like we did on the Mockup (and that's because, again, it's a mockup). d) Just like on the template, the MENU bar has to be always visible (this effect doesn't work on the mockup).
