Full Time Russian Speaking Designer Needed

Very important: Do NOT bid if you don't speak and write in Russian. We are looking to hire a full time designer. We will pay a flat fee monthly. We always need to design websites, banner ads, emails, trade show displays, handouts, power point presentations, info graphs, and other graphics. Please bid how much you want to get paid per month. Show us your portfolio in PM. Before we hire you full time I will give you a test project to design a website. I will pay you for this test project.
