I have very simple draft of the content, but the content needs to be reveloped and rewritten completely, and the site to be revamped in design to a better template/theme. Deliverables to be delivered in parallel: 1) New site design 2) content development from the initial draft At least 3 unique site skeleton/templates to be provided and one to be selected and refined and built the design with.
