I am looking for a programmer who can develop and design customized software that will be able to conduct, monitor, and report reverse auctions similar to Elance for an online website that has yet to be fully developed. There is a current bid posting framework on the website but I would like to enhance it with a dynamic software that would allow me to customize the process. I have a script that I would like to be incorporated in the design and would require the programmer/designer to integrate the script into the design. I can provide detailed information once I receive feedback.
