Transparent PNG Frames for pictures

We are looking for a talented graphic designer to create a series of picture frames or borders. The frames must be transparent png's of dimensions 1875x1350 pixels. We need 50 images covering the following themes: Birthday (balloons, Happy Birthday text) Wedding (champayne glasses, rings) Love (red colors, hearts) Plain (single color borders) Halloween (scary pumkin) New Baby (storks, boy or girl theme) Christmas (snowflakes, trees, snowman, holly, season greetings) Travel (Palm trees, wish you were here, plane) Easter (bunnies, chocolate, eggs) New Year (fireworks, 2012, 2013) The winning designer should be able to think for themselves and be able to generate fresh content. The frames should be simple, clear and to spec. Prefer a mix of frames for kids, adults and oldies. Some frames will go around the entire image, others will just contains images and text. We need this in a hurry - only bid if you can do the work in the next day. Thanks
