The attached photo contains myself in the foreground and a woman in the background waving.? I want it edited so that she is no longer in the picture, but that it still looks natural (i.e. don't want you to just remove her...I can do that myself.? I want her replaced with "something" that makes it look natural.? There is a 3rd woman in the very far background that should "stay" in the final picture.

Thanks for asking additional questions. Here are the answers to some questions posed:
1) This photo is for personal use on a dating website (not for business use). The purpose of this is to draw attention to me (rather than to the person waving) so it can be used there.
2) The current resolution of the image you see is fine...no need to enhance it or anything.
3) I do not have another photo of the restaurant to replace the woman with. I was thinking that the border along the wall could be extended to cover up the top portion of the woman's face. Then the white table and beige tablecloth (I think that is what it is) can be extended to cover up her hand and most of her body. The remaining 1/4th of her body at the bottom I leave to your discretion...you can do whatever as long as it looks real. One idea would be to replace it with the grey floor that is at the bottom so it looks like nothing is there.
